When you join Cibolo Family Medicine we are here for you with unlimited access to your doctor. Literally. After hours, weekends, holidays – there’s no bad time to receive excellent medical care. You can call, text, or email your physician. Your membership includes unlimited visits.
Relaxed extended visits with no wait
Scheduling on your time means no waiting. You will have all the time you need with your doctor to make sure all your questions are answered and you feel confident about your health plan.
Same day scheduling
We have reserved our time for a select few, there's no need to "squeeze you in". If you are a new patient please call the office and let our team know if you have any urgent needs. We will do our best to get you in quickly, our doctors limit the number of patients we accept.
Home Visits
We can visit you where you are in certain cases.
Physicals
Our comprehensive exams are tailored to fit your needs and your personal wellness goals. We include wellness exams, including well-woman exams. We include physicals for camp, school, travel, and sports. Your physician will help you develop your personal health goals and work with you to achieve them.
Body Composition Analysis
Measuring your weight on a scale doesn't reveal much about your health. Our medical grade body composition analysis provides you and your physician with very detailed information about your body in 17 seconds with no harmful radiation.
Diagnostics and Procedures at no extra cost
EKG, spirometry, breathing treatments, cryotherapy, lesion removal, laceration repair....these are just a few of the services included with your membership.
Health and Wellness coaching
Our physician and certified nutrition coach work together to help you understand and optimize your health.
Physician Supervised IV Nutrition
For some patients, delivering vitamins and minerals directly to your bloodstream, IV vitamin infusion therapy may be a more effective and efficient way to nourish your body.
Discounted labs and imaging
We negotiated the lowest costs so we can pass the benefits to you. Most labs are under $5.
Personal referrals to specialists
We will follow your progress and treatments to provide continuity of care.
