Approved — Completed and live. Migration status carried forward from the prior release; this tranche did not alter the live domain.
Website updates · Corrections tranche · September 26, 2026
This staging report records the website updates made in this tranche, what was verified, and what still requires customer approval, external delivery testing, production publishing, or live-site verification.
How to read the checklist
The numbered notes below correspond directly to the checklist rows. Evidence links open the current Netlify draft preview, not the live domain. Items 10–15 were added from the supplied desktop home-page review PDF; they are review follow-ups, not claimed fixes.
Item 2 · completed evidence
This is the same verified before/after view used for client review. It opens on After and includes a “Switch to see before” control.
Forms and notifications
Netlify confirms one project-level email notification to charlene@sellsmart-nothard.com for new submissions from any form.
Configuration is confirmed. A real non-medical submission is still needed to confirm delivery to the inbox and analytics receipt.
Approved — Completed and live. Migration status carried forward from the prior release; this tranche did not alter the live domain.
Needs approval — Completed in staging preview. The report now uses the current before/after calculator view: it opens on After, offers a clear switch to Before, and keeps the approved pricing math. Verified: 0 adults + 1 child = $95; 0 adults + 2 children = $190. The supplied desktop review also flags spacing and friendlier, more inviting consent/action copy; those refinements remain part of this item.
Needs approval — Ready for client verification. The staging page includes the embedded Atlas enrollment form, fallback enrollment link, and Patient Hub login link. Client verification is the next step: confirm the form loads, the enrollment handoff works, and Patient Hub login opens correctly.
Needs approval — Replacement images added; final approval pending. The image review opens on the current replacement (“After”) and provides a clear “Switch to see before” control for the delivered variant. Customer approval is still required before marking complete.
Needs approval — Responsive QA completed. Shared site header rebuilt mobile-first. Mobile, tablet, small-laptop, and desktop checks completed at 390, 768, 1024, 1280, 1366, 1440, and 1920px. No horizontal overflow was found across the tested route matrix.
Approved — Standardized and verified in staging. Staging now standardizes both offices with Monday–Friday hours of 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM, the supplied fax numbers, a tiny dinosaur fax icon, clickable Google Maps previews, and consistent phone/email formatting. The favicon and FAQ page are present; the supplied review PDF's request to audit the full legacy FAQ set is tracked separately below.
Approved — Notifications configured for all 5 forms; delivery and analytics receipt pending. The Netlify project dashboard confirms one project-level email notification to charlene@sellsmart-nothard.com for new submissions from any form. All five detected form names are covered; a real non-medical submission is still required to verify inbox delivery and analytics receipt.
Approved — Staging draft deployed; production not published. The current build is deployed as a Netlify draft preview. No production publish was performed.
Needs approval — Pending production release. Exact live URLs, production forms, external links, and final visual parity must be re-tested after approval and publishing.
Needs approval — Added from the supplied desktop review PDF; staging layout updated and approval pending. The desktop review calls out extra initial spacing above the logo that disappears while scrolling. Confirm the first-load and scrolled header states and keep the spacing intentional in both.
Needs approval — Added from the supplied desktop review PDF; correction not yet implemented. The review asks to move “Healthcare should empower people, not overwhelm them.” earlier, around position 3 or 4, so the section order can be approved before a homepage reorder is made.
Needs approval — Curated review feed added in staging; live source approval pending. A responsive curated review feed now renders the four existing homepage review quotes with the current 5.0 / 200+ summary. Connecting a live Google or Business Profile source still requires approved source access, longer copy, and permission/attribution confirmation.
Needs approval — Added from the supplied desktop review PDF; correction not yet implemented. The review asks to state the free employee visits benefit and reconcile the employer section with the business booklet/table before the copy is approved.
Needs approval — Added from the supplied desktop review PDF; correction not yet implemented. The review asks whether the Learning Center should remain visible while there is limited content. Decide whether to keep it, add content, or temporarily reduce the section.
Needs approval — Added from the supplied desktop review PDF; correction not yet implemented. The review flags the homepage location section as too tall, asks whether that section is needed, and calls out address placement, footer directions formatting, and footer link/social placement. Staging now presents the Boerne and San Antonio office cards side by side on tablet and desktop, stacking them on narrow mobile, with each map, address, fax, hours, and directions link kept with its office. Final client approval remains pending.
Checked means the work has current staging evidence. It does not mean production has been published or that an external integration has been proven unless the note says so.
Select “Add note” on any numbered section to attach feedback to that item, or add a new numbered queue item. Notes are saved in this review browser only and are not sent to production or an inbox.
Requests created with the page review tool appear here when they include a task number. Manager responses are shown as confirmed fixes. This view reads the local queue in this browser only.
