The reduced child-with-adult rate applies only when at least one adult is included. If no adult joins, each child uses the child-only rate. The examples update from the same source as the pricing calculator.
| Household | Monthly total | How it is calculated |
|---|---|---|
| One adult | $165 | 1 × $165 |
| One adult + one child | $200 | 1 × $165 + 1 × $35 |
| Two adults + two children | $400 | 2 × $165 + 2 × $35 |
| Two children, no adults | $190 | 2 × $95 |
What is the membership paying for?
Cibolo's model supports an ongoing primary-care relationship, including access to the practice's defined primary-care services. It is designed around continuity, time for questions and predictable membership fees.
Before joining, ask which physician can accept your household and how appointments and communication work. Confirm that the ages and care needs in your family are a fit for the practice.
Which costs should you consider separately?
Do not count a membership fee as a replacement for all medical spending. Ask for a clear explanation of what is included and what may involve an additional cost.
- Insurance or other appropriate coverage for care outside primary care.
- Outside laboratory work or imaging.
- Prescriptions and specialist care.
- Hospital, emergency and other outside services.
- Any test or procedure the practice identifies as a separate charge.
How do you take the next step?
Use the live calculator for your household, then contact the relevant office to discuss membership and availability. You can ask about family care without submitting private medical information through a public inquiry form.
A pricing estimate is not enrollment, payment or a medical appointment. When you are ready to join, the practice's enrollment page explains the next step through Atlas MD.
This page provides general information, not an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. Discuss medical questions with your physician. Please keep private medical information out of public membership inquiry forms.
